I bought the book once it was possible, and it’s been on my iPad for the past week. Haven’t had the chance yet to actually go beyond the first page, but once I’ve completed it, I’ll write a review

I am very interested in all things governance and learning from the experience e of MVPs – also the gotchas that Microsoft don’t tell you about.

It would be rockin’ to own the Microsoft SharePoint for Business Executives: Q&A Handbook. It really looks like a gold mine of information. The chapter “Just Enough Governance” will be just in time to assist my present customer. Often times governance is overlooked but in some cases it becomes overkill and a roadblock. But sort of like Goldilocks and the Three Bears we need a governance solution that’s “Just Right” I think this book will get us there. Thanks for all your labors to the community!

@rharbridge is an inspiration to every underappreciated SharePoint Business Analyst out there. I’ve been a big fan of Richard’s content since starting upon my SharePoint career back in 2010 so I’m confident that this book would be well worth having. I think that while the title of the book is “SharePoint for Business Executives” I’d guess that the true audience of this book will be SharePoint’ers like myself that need to answers the questions of the Business Executives.

I’d like to own this book to learn more about strategies to host SharePoint in a private cloud. I’ve also seen Richard present at a SharePoint Saturday and if this book is anything like his talks, it’s gotta be good!

I’d like to own the Microsoft SharePoint for Business Executives: Q&A Handbook for the Deployment Roadmap (among other things) because I’ve typically only built solutions after SharePoint has been deployed.

I’d like to own the Microsoft SharePoint for Business Executives: Q&A Handbook, because it’s easy to find books on how to implement SharePoint from a technical perspective, but it’s near impossible to find those that focus on the features and strategies that bring specific business value (not just short-term whiz bang) to your organization. I have high hopes this book will be a great guide down our SharePoint path.

My sincere apologies Colm! I appreciate the reminder as well.

Based on assigning the contestants numbers and randomly generating a number (true random) between the number of contestants Joey Patterson won the book. So congrats Joey! I have messaged Joey directly on twitter with the good news and will be coordinating with Packt for the prize.

I really wanted to give everyone a prize (maybe the next next book I do will be free instead).

Thank you for participating and your wonderfully kind words.
