When trying to provide a quick comparison of 2007 to 2010 today I was unable to find a consolidated quick view of what features are in 2010, and what are in 2007. I have taken the liberty of copying the information contained within multiple pages of Microsoft’s SharePoint site and within their documents into a single reference page here:

I intend to keep it up to date and add things that I think Microsoft may have missed in the future or that the community points out.
